Refund Policy
At EcoSentry, we’re dedicated to providing products that help protect your pet from ticks and fleas. We stand behind the quality and efficacy of our solutions and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please reach out to us at hello@vettani.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond that timeframe, your order will likely have entered processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If you cancel within the first 24 hours, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in the power of EcoSentry and encourage you to give it at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If, after 14 days, you’re still unhappy and wish to return your items, you may do so any time within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at hello@vettani.com. To speed up the process, please include your Order Number (or the name and email address used to place the order).
Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely. A “damaged item” is one that arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is intact.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@vettani.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your submission and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no extra cost. We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ship your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. EcoSentry is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
